Preparation Instructions: Teeth Whitening with Bronze Palms
Thank you for booking at our salon! ✨
Follow these 5 steps below to ensure your teeth will brighten in color and remove stains most efficiently!
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Floss a few days prior to your appointment. Skip flossing the day of your appointment so your gums are not sensitive. If you've booked your appointment for the day-of, skip flossing altogether.
2. Come with your teeth brushed, or at least free of debris. Do not brush your teeth 2 hours prior to your appointment.
3. Make sure you've eaten the day of your appointment. You won't have the opportunity to eat during your session (~1.5 hr). Also, you won't be able to eat or drink anything except water 1 hour after your session. That is ~2.5 hrs without food.
4. It is recommended that you've had a professional teeth cleaning in the last 6 months to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy.
5. Bring headphones so you can listen to an audio book, podcast, show or music during your appointment.

How long do results last?
Although results technically last 3-5 months, we are seeing clients in every 8-12 months for a refresh on their teeth whitening session! Many of these clients purchase our teeth whitening foam after their session which keeps food and drinks from staining the enamel and is used 2-3 times per week which helps prolong results.
How does teeth whitening work?
We use a hydrogen peroxide and LED lights to lift the stains off the teeth. The biggest difference from dental locations and us is the hydrogen peroxide concentration. Dentists use a 32% concentration; we use a 16%. It does cause our service to be about 30 minutes longer, but we prefer that because we are able to get ahead of sensitivity much quicker so our service is more comfortable, with less downtime, and the same results. See below for real client results during the 90 minute session!
